- Earned his degree from the University of Manitoba in 1988
- Began his career as a military dental officer, serving on the east coast of Canada

- Currently focused on the development and growth of dental arches and their impact on tongue space, airway, and sleep patterns
Personal Interests:
Avid outdoorsman who enjoys road biking, skiing, and hiking with his wife, adult children, and their labradoodle

- Invisalign certified since 2012 and a Gold provider since 2021
- Completed mini orthodontic residency at UBC in 2020
- Completed Airway Health Solutions mini residency in 2022
- Healthy Start certified in 2022
